Beautifully renovated 3 bed/2 bath spacious village house with amazing views to the Sierra Nevada from the terrace. The house is renovated from top to bottom over a 6 year period in between working at sea, keeping many original features such as the wooden ceilings and built in storage spaces, while giving modern comfort in the spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. The house is decorated with furniture and mementos of 15 years of travels. The house has the master bedroom on the top floor with en suite full bathroom, 2 bedrooms on the second floor ( 1 double and a 2 single beds room) that have the second bathroom. There is a salon with dining room table and separate kitchen with breakfast bar. Guejar is located at the foot of the Pantano lake and river for fresh dives in the summer and only 25 minutes to both the Ski resort and Granada with its famous Alhambra and beautiful Arabic style streets, The beach is only a 40 minute drive, and the mountain is popular for its hiking, swimming, cycling and cool summer days.

Guejar is nestled in the Sierra Nevada mountains which enjoys skiing in winter (Guejar has direct access up to the resort only 25 minutes up the hill) and beautiful hiking and mountainbike trails in the summer. surrounded by water it is cool in summer and it is referred to as "Mini Switzerland" in winter. The house is located in the center of the village with 14 lovely tapasbars and restaurants within a 1 to 10 minute stroll and 4 more within 20 minutes via the walking trail in the valley, a great way to see the surroundings and dip in the restaurants natural pools in summer. Guejar has all conveniences: 2 supermarkets, 3 bakeries, 3 butchers, a vegetable shop, pharmacy and doctors offices. Our new 'General Store' (9-23hrs) has many necessities and boasts beverages from many parts of the world, as well as gifts and fresh hot drinks all day. Bus 390 leaves regularly from the plaza all the way to the center of Granada, and stops next to the big Corte inglés department store and Mercadona supermarket.
