Cozy rural house with a 200m patio and PRIVATE POOL located in the Caravaca district of La Encarnación. Located in a territory that is a witness to the oldest civilizations, with the BLACK CAVE and LA ERMITA de la Encarnación just 5 minutes from the house, scenes of settlements from the Middle Paleolithic and Roman times. A 10-minute drive away is the CITY of Caravaca de la Cruz, which will offer us an interesting religious, cultural, gastronomic and nature visit.
