Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 2/1 apartment at the TOP of Village de San Juan Capistrano. The views from your private terrace will leave you speechless ☀️ 🌊 ⛰️ While in your penthouse apartment you will feel away from it all, while also being within walking distance (or use the bus stop right in the village) to the best Nerja has to offer! Burriana Beach, Balcón de Europe, many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops… feel free to ask for recommendations or have fun exploring on your own! All of this- within a delightful community with beautiful swimming pools with a view, restaurants/cafes, a spa and bus stop (for when you don’t want to take the stroll back from the beach or town center). Our place has an airy seaside vibe with old word charm but with the modern comforts of home. This penthouse apartment has 2 bedrooms (one king, one queen sized bed), updated bath with shower, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances as well as a washing machine/closet. The living/dining area that overlooks the terrace, is complete with dining for 4, comfortable couch and smart tv. The VIEW is a highlight, off your private terrace - nothing above you but mountain trails. With the view does come elevation. You will have to climb up some steps to reach this sanctuary, but if you are able it is sooo very worth it!
