Lovely, clean, cosy and spacious apartment in a small community, close to all facilities. With private balcony, furnished and spacious private roof terrace with sea view and in the garden a swimming pool. Luxurious and comfortably furnished all new (2024), you will lack nothing... Enjoy eating outside on the balcony or sunbathing, lounging, having drinks or resting on the lovely roof terrace. With WIFI, Smart TV, BT Soundbar, Magnetron, Oven, Induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, citrus press, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Casa PePe is well equipped.
We, Petra and Peter (Dutch) are living in the Netherlands, We are the proud owners this lovely apartment, Casa Pepe in Palomares. Martin, our property manager, is Dutch is living in Spain in the neighborhood. He will be available for you when you arrive, when you leave, but also during your stay if necessary. Martin speaks Dutch, Spanish, English and German. We hope you enjoy your stay like we always do!.
Palomares is a small village with activity all year round. Almost every Saturday you can enjoy live music in the center of the town, on the main town square. A wonderful micro climate with comfortable winters and warm summers. Located close to the sandy beach (1000 mtr) and many facilities. Within walking distance of the beach, close to Vera Playa and Villaricos. Area with mountains, beach, water park, golf options. Andalusia is great to discover.
