Property information

Magnificent house with private pool and garden, located in the picturesque and lively village of Nigüelas, one of the jewels of the beautiful Lecrin Valley. The home is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Granada, 30 minutes from the beach and 60 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort. The house has 6 bedrooms – all with air-conditioning, a living room, kitchen and 3 bathrooms, a warm fireplace for cosy evenings, barbecue facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, free Wi-Fi, heating and a private terrace to enjoy the spectacular sunsets and views of the Valley. Outside boasts a fabulous garden with an abundance of orange trees, flowers and a colourful array of local flora. Accessible for people with reduced mobility due to door widths of bathrooms and bedrooms being 70cm. Smoking and are pets are not permitted inside the house. The pool will be available in the summer months, ask for opening and closing dates before confirming. We supply wood for the fireplace in winter season. It is not included in the renta
