Property information

It is a centennial house completely renovated and decorated with charm, to comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets with shower, (one on the top floor and one on the ground floor), the room located outside has a toilet without shower. The rooms have TV. The fully equipped American kitchen has a no Frost refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, large capacity gas stove and oven, microwave and other essential small appliances. It has a patio and porch with covered barbecue. Ideal for holding celebrations at established times. There is a games room with a television, ideal for connecting a game console or watching movies. There are thermal emitters in the rooms, electric heaters, ceiling fans, gas stoves, etc. and in summer air conditioning in the common area.
