Mountain and distant sea views with complete tranquility surrounded by almond and olive trees and no neighbors. Air con has just been installed in the living room and bedrooms. 5 minutes drive to the village of Taberno that has a supermarket, Bars, large community swimming pool open during school summer holidays, doctors surgery and chemist. 1, hour from Murcia and Almeria, 45 minutes from the beaches of Los Terreros, Vera and Mojacar and Mini Hollywood . 2 hours from Granada and Alicante Ideal for hiking, biking and exploring inland Spain or a perfect basecamp to see the sights of Andalucia
Hola, we live 1km from the property, so if you need any help or there are is a problems, we can rectify them immediately
The coastal beach towns of Mojacar, Vera ,Garucha and Los Terreros are all within a easy 45 minute drive on mainly empty roads. The Cortijo is 5 minutes from Taberno Town and is secluded giving you peace and quiet to relax with amazing views around the pool or in the swinging hammocks. There is a BBQ for outdoor cooking
