Beautiful stone and wood detached house in the village of Urxt, 5 minutes from Alp, in Cerdanya. With 4 bedrooms, one with double bed and 3 with single beds. 2 complete bathrooms, one with shower and the other with a large bathtub. Dining room with fireplace, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, WIFI. Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oak furniture. Covered parking for 1 car and enclosed garden of 90 m2 with barbecue. Enjoy the mountain with all the comforts!

Neighbourhood information

Cosy village of 82 inhabitants in the centre of Cerdanya, five minutes from Alp and 10 minutes from Puigcerdà. Near the Romanesque church of Sant Martí d'Urtx, and the ski slopes of la Molina and la Massella. No public transport
