The house was only a few minutes walk from the Cabo de Palos Marina and the beach which we explored in our time there. The Garden was well kept and the furniture for outside was of high standard and sufficient. The lawns are astroturfed with floor tiling that carries from the secure front gate both around and through the building out across the rear patio. The pool can be cordoned off from the main garden so no fears of the little one outside. Fully appointed modern kitchen with washing machine in separate utility. A/C to main downstairs area and master bedroom, with ceiling fans to three other beds. Comfortably furnished throughout. The property is located in a quiet area but within a few minutes walk of multiple cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, the beach and harbour area. Cartagena is an hours bus ride away and we’ll worth a visit for its multi attractions - we particularly enjoyed the amphitheater and waterfront areas.

Everything is ready at your arrival. The beds will already be prepared with lines and towels. In winter they will have blankets and duvets for all beds. The house has heating and air conditioning.

The beaches of Playa Paraiso have received this past decade the 'Q' of quality and blue flag as a symbol of the best beaches in the area of the Mar Menor, along with that of Cape Palos and Calblanque.
