    Comfortable, big apartment. Well equipped ( but a Moka pot would be nice). Nice to have en-suite in big bedroom. It's a bit expensive for solo traveller, but even so I've booked again!!

This two bedroom, two bathroom property is in a great location on the Colina del Sol complex, within easy walking distance of both the Old Town and Puerto Del Carmen strip. This spacious accommodation with gorgeous sea views is well positioned within a complex that provides the added benefits of a communal swimming pool and poolside bar/restaurant. This ground floor property sleeps up to 4 people and has a large sun terrace equipped with sunloungers and table & chairs. Accommodation Interior: Bedrooms: 1. Master Double with En-suite bathroom, wardrobe, bedside tables and reading lamps. Air-conditioned. Patio doors lead out to the covered terrace. 2. Double Bed, bedside tables and reading lamps, wardrobe with mirror and side unit with lamp. Shutters. Bathrooms: 1. Master En-suite walk-in shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and mirror. 2. Family shower room walk-in shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and mirror. Open Plan Living Space: Kitchen Fitted kitchen, including electric oven, hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. Fridge-freezer. Lounge/Dining Rooms A spacious & comfortable living room equipped with a 3 seater sofa & 2 armchairs, flat screen TV, WIFI. Dining table with 4 chairs. Accommodation Exterior: Sliding patio doors lead out to the spacious covered terrace providing an amazing sea view. A table & chairs to enjoy a lovely breakfast with sea views and comfy chairs to relax. You can access the roof terrace where you can enjoy the Lanzarote sunshine on sunloungers and a table with 4 chairs. Swimming pool is located within a 3-4 minute walk from the apartment and you need the pool card to access this. Please note there is a refundable security deposit required for the pool card which needs to be paid prior to arrival. The pool is open from 08:30-20:00 (from 12:00-20:00 on Wednesday due to the pool being cleaned). Roman steps lead into the pool. The poolside bar/restaurant is open until 10pm serving food & drinks.

The Colina del Sol apartment complex is just a stone's throw from the Biosfera Shopping centre and it is within easy walking distance of both the Old Town and main Puerto Del Carmen strip. The busy resort started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants, and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sunbeds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Theme park, boat trips, Deep-sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go-karting, tennis, sports centre, bike hire, shopping centre, spas, and wellness centres, horse riding (in Macher village), Water Park (Playa Blanca & Costa Teguise). Car Hire: This is not essential with this accommodation as it is in Puerto del Carmen, but could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer.
