Monika, Mauro, Gloria and Nicolas wants to welcome you to our wonderful suites in the Old Town. We are staff and restaurant owners since at least 15 years, we love the hospitality world and strive to grow and improve in this business. We hope you will enjoy staying with us at Concept Suites.

Property information

Our humble suites are located in a building in the center of Alicante. The suites are modernly decorated and have the most necessary amenities. We have a sunroof where you can sunbathe or bring your breakfast or just relax with a glass of wine. Beneath the Suites you'll find our restaurant that is open 12:30-23:30 everyday. All registered guests have a generous discount during the whole stay in the restaurant.

Neighbourhood information

Our suites are located in the beginning of the old town of Alicante. The streets are full of restaurants, bars and small shops. We have walking distance to the cathedral, the basilica, art galleries and the central market. We are close to the beach and 8 min walk to the main shopping street. 4 min walk to the tram station and to the tourist information.
