The accommodation is a calm, organized, and well-located family home. The room is bright, comfortable, and has everything you need to rest after a day of work, tourism, or events in the city. You’ll have access to a shared kitchen, living room, and terrace. The bathroom is shared only with other guests (maximum 4 people if both rooms are booked). We care about keeping a peaceful atmosphere: no parties, no external visitors, and respect for rest hours. Cleanliness and order are important to us so you feel right at home. If you need tips or recommendations, we’ll be happy to help.
We’re in San Blas, a quiet and safe residential area with excellent connections to the city center: metro, bus lines, and easy access to the airport (10–15 minutes by car). The Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium is a 20-minute walk away—perfect for concerts and events—and IFEMA is 25–30 minutes away by public transport. You'll find supermarkets, pharmacies, and cafés just steps away. It’s a practical neighborhood for moving around the city, without the noise and rush of downtown. Whether you're coming for a concert, a fair, or to explore Madrid, this is a comfy and well-located home base.
