The flat has an optimal situation, just in front of the Canalejas park, the Paseo Marítimo and the Marina, to enjoy both the city and its urban beach of Postiguet (10 min. Walk) and to move to the wonderful beaches of San Juan (Luceros tram stop 7 min walk) The huge living room has a large window of 5 meters overlooking a very bright courtyard from where you can see a small part of the Marina and the sea, however It does not have direct views of the sea. The patio is very peaceful...the best to rest :) It is a very large apartment of 80 m2, completely refurbished and decorated by a famous trendy designer, everything is new...open space huge living room with open kitchen (full equiped), 5 meters window, 2 bedrooms (the biggest with a double bed and a single bed...and the other one with 2 single beds), 2 new bathrooms. Heating and air conditioning: using an air conditioning device with a heating pump is located in the living room. I admit pets. Rate: between 20 and 30 euros / day I am sure that you will be really confortable there. Best regards, Jorge

Ramón y Cajal Avenue is possibly the best street in Alicante. The building is considered the best in the center. It has a 24-hour doorman and video surveillance zone.
