Excellent duplex with superb location overlooking the cathedral. The main floor has a kitchen, living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, master bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. Upstairs bathroom, 1 bedroom and living room with sofa. It is located in an old house completely restored with all the charm of a house in the center of Seville It has two terraces with beautiful views of the cathedral. The building has two apartments and terraces are common to both. Nº RTA: VFT/SE/0131
Soy Paula, la arquitecta de la casa. Era una casa antigua del casco histórico de Sevilla y he hecho toda la rehabilitación, dejando sólo la fachada que estaba protegido y rehabilitando todo lo demás, así que todo es nuevo. Vivo en Sevilla y me gusta también mucho viajar y conocer gente de otros sitios. Viví un año en Roma y allí conocí gente de muchas partes del mundo y me encantó la experiencia. Me encanta descubrir sitios nuevos en Sevilla donde comer tapas, ver exposiciones y conciertos...así que puedo compartir con vosotros todos estos sitios The inputs and outputs performed at special times , tickets from 10.30pm and departures before 9am have an extra 20 Euros for service performed in that particular schedule.
