The ecoSmart Apartments are designed and built with the greatest possible awareness towards sustainability and at the same time designed for the comfort of visitors. The infrastructures and the materials used have allowed the energy classification ´´A´´, the highest that exists. The design and equipment of the apartments together with the home automation will make the stay unmatched. We have the latest technologies in: - Geothermal energy: for the generation of domestic hot water, heating and cooling, it is the only existing installation in Granada! - 20 unique hybrid solar panels in Granada: that generate hot water and electricity - Maximum insulation carpentry in the market - We have an elevator that in addition to the electric motor has electric batteries that are charged by the inertia of the cabin, achieving energy savings - We have underfloor heating in all apartments - All installations have access system by fingerprint readers - All apartments are equipped with echo dot and Smart TV - Electric blinds in all apartments - Rainwater collection system for all WCs
The ecoSmart Granada apartments are located in the El Realejo neighborhood, located in the old town, at the foot of the Alhambra due to its southeast face. Historically it has two distinct parts: on one side, the flat area that retains very little of its old urban layout, evolved even before Christianization; on the other, the high one, on the hillside of the Mauror hill, the one that descends from Torres Bermejas and that in 1410 gave shelter to the inhabitants of Antequera and therefore received the name of Antequeruela, which is still currently a maze of narrow streets so steep that many of them are staggered and with a multitude of single-family houses and grenadines (the origin of the Antequeruela is under discussion). Of its walls and its doors, among which were the very famous of al Fajjarín and Neched, the Potters and the Mills, there is no rest left.
