It is just a 2-minute drive from Marina del Este. After a day out, you can relax on the spacious terrace, enjoy the covered outdoor lounge, or use the barbecue area. The property offers 153 m² of space, including a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest WC.
