All guests must register their identity documents (upload photos of identity documents and selfie), and sign the travelers' reports/rental contract through the Staymayway Application before their arrival at the apartment, for subsequent submission to the Ministry of the Interior in compliance with R/D 933/2021 of October 26, regarding the registration of guests in tourist accommodations/hotels.
Once you have checked in, you will receive the virtual keys to access the apartment.
