Property information

This amazing three-storey house offers its guests a terrace in each of its three floors, each as stunning as the other so that people can enjoy such a wonderful holiday. The indoor terrace becomes itself into a pleasant place where guests can take pleasure in swimming in the private chlorine pool, which sizes 3 x 1.5 m and has a depth of 1.2 m. On the first floor, there is a second terrace where you will find an outdoor sofa that invites guests to enjoy of a glass of wine at sunset before preparing a delicious barbecue. On the second floor, you can also sunbathe or just read a book on one of the two sunbes. Once you enter to the house, you will find a wide dining room where you will be able to taste banquets cooked in the kitchen with a ceramic cooktop. Right there, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a full-sized bedroom. Upstairs, there is a living room where you can watch satellite TV, as well as two more rooms, one of them with 2 individual beds and the other one just with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. You can find another bathroom, also with shower, on that floor. On the last floor, there is another dormitory with a double bed.

Neighbourhood information

Santanyí is a really nice village that has all available services like supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc., everything so close to the coast, where its beaches are characterized by their turquoise waters. Cala Santanyí, in fact, is one of those and is located at only 3.8 km from the house. We also recommend you discover the different impressive coves such as Cala Llombards or Caló des Moro. And if you like playing golf, you can also gain access to the Vall d'Or Golf course, in s'Horta, at only 14 km.
