Old water mill renovated in 2002 to be converted into housing, decorated in a simple and exquisite way, with all the current comforts… Discover the peace that is breathed between its stone walls of more than 200 years old.
My name is Maria, and I grew up as a child on this farm, which has belonged to my family for four generations. Today I still spend my holidays and weekends here, in the house next to the mill, which was also the old haystack. We will share when my holidays coincide with yours, or also some weekends, only the pool and its terrace, although I assure you that We always use it with the utmost respect to the tenants of the mill, we have never had a complaint from a guests.
The farm is located in the SouthEast of the island, 2 km from wonderful Sandy beaches such as “Es Trenc” or “Es Carbó”. Also about 2 km from the Colonia de Sant Jordi, quiet summer place for many Mallorcans, and also for many tourists from different countries, with a wide range of hotels and restaurants, shops, supermarkets, medical Center… It is also 2 km away the beautiful village of Ses Salines with some well-known restaurants, or It’s 7 km away Santanyi, another beautiful village with a great Flea market on Saturday morning… Come, get to know and enjoy a quiet and authentic Mallorca.
