Hence the name ‘Eva Recommends’. We are a great team who put soul and passion into our work. We are obliged by law to provide the personal details of all guests who are staying with us to the relevant government authorities. This information is contained in your passport or national identity card. You must provide the Advance Information via a secure network at least 24 hours before the day of arrival. We request a security deposit to protect us from any damage or accident which allows us to have a guarantee that we are covered, the pre-authorisation will be processed through a secure network at least 24h before the day of arrival. Failure to return keys or loss of keys will incur a charge which will be deducted from the security deposit. Rules: It is not allowed to accommodate people not registered in the reservation. No parties, disturbing guests or neighbours, loud music. We have systems to control the decibel level. Failure to comply with the rules will result in an extra charge of 50% of the full amount of the stay as a penalty, or immediate expulsion from the accommodation. 🐾We are Pet Friendly - on request. Live an authentic experience and stay in a unique Sevillian house in the heart of Seville, just a few metres from the Cathedral. The authentic and charming house very well located in the heart of Seville, in a quiet and peaceful street, has two cosy apartments. The entrance and staircase are decorated with traditional old Sevillian tiles. The two cosy one-bedroom apartments are located on the first and second floor without lift. The first floor apartment has one bedroom with large windows from floor to ceiling, living room with sofa bed, integrated kitchen with two larege windows from floor to ceiling and bathroom with shower. The one bedroom apartment on the second floor has a small cozy terrace, with table and chairs, independent kitchen and bathroom with shower and the access is via an original narrow staircase typical of the old Seville houses. Opening hours: Check-in: from 16:00 h Check-out: before 11:00 h Please note that in case of non-compliance with these times, an additional charge may be applied. Unless previously agreed with Eva Recommends, an unauthorised early check-in or late check-out will incur a penalty.

Neighbourhood information

This authentic house is located in the heard of Seville, only 4 minutes away walking from the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Alcazar. Located at 5 minutes it’s the famous Salvador Square, a classic sevillian square surrounded by shops and bars, where the well-known Salvador church is. Just behind the Salvador church you can visit a tiny square called Placita del Pan, surrounded by shopping streets as Cordoba and Alcaiceria streets, the last one ending at Alfalfa Square, a place full of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the typical gastronomy of Seville. As point of interest it’s recommended to visit Plaza Nueva, a landscapes area opposite the town hall presided by a statue of Saint Ferdinand, San Francisco Square, behind the town hall, easily recognizable because of the buildings around, the Virgen de los Reyes Square and the Triunfo Square where the main monuments of the city are. Without a doubt, this apartment will make you enjoy each one of the oldest stories of the city from the very moment of your arrival.
