This spectacular country house is located in one of the most beautiful and authentic areas of Mallorca, far from mass tourism but with local services very close. It is a quiet place to enjoy nature with family or friends. Only 30 min. by car from Palma and the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca. The 23,000m2 Cas Canar estate has an old stone house (145m2) with 3 bedrooms, the first with a double bed, and the other two with 2 single beds each and all have air conditioning and heating. The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 6 people. This hundred-year-old renovated house has all the comforts such as a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, WI-FI, but what you will like most will be its spectacular swimming pool (8x4m/1.80m depth) and its terraces, one of them in the middle of the forest. It is very convenient to rent a car as there are amazing places all over the island to discover, and the estate is 2 km away. of Sencelles. Although it is a rural and quiet area and about 30km from the airport, the noise of the planes can cause discomfort, if what you are looking for is an absolutely silent stay, since there are more flights in the summer and the area is in the air route area. * The Ecotax is mandatory by law in the Balearic Islands (Law 13/2017 of 12/29/2017). * * Water, electricity and WI-FI are not included in stays of more than 1 month. *

It is a perfect place for families or friends who want to enjoy nature with all the comforts that the Cas Canar estate offers. In Sencelles you can find good restaurants, and visit the sites of the archaeological route as well as vineyards and go hiking or cycling along the rural roads of the municipality. To get around it is advisable to rent a car since there are incredible places in Mallorca to discover, and the farm is 2 km away. of Sencelles.
