Come and stay in our off-grid, self-contained cabin, powered by solar energy and supplied with spring water on tap.
This studio-style cabin has everything you need, from a very comfortable bed with fresh bedding to a fully fitted kitchen with the basics like tea, coffee, sugar, rice and pasta. With an Italian percolator and a French press to make your morning coffee.
There's also fresh Olive oil from the farm and any other basics you might need to feel at home. You can also purchase fresh eggs when the chickens are in full production.
You have the privacy of your en-suite shower room, and a complete set of towels and toilet roll is included. Please use the bin provided (toilet paper cannot be put in the toilet).
There is a compost toilet separate from the cabin for poop (please see photos).
There are a couple of bikes for you to use during your stay so that you can go and explore the surrounding area.
Enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets from the balcony, listening to the birds sing in tranquillity. Then, wander around the garden, designed using the principles of permaculture and ecology.
As a permaculture project, we use all our waste. The grey water from the cabin goes through an irrigation system, which feeds the citrus garden below and the flowers surrounding the cabin. The compost toilet produces much-needed fertiliser for the olive trees.
Please remember that we are a working olive farm with farm animals. We live and work here all year round, and at certain times during the year, we have volunteers staying.
Although we do not advertise the Natural Swimming Pool on the listing, as it is not a private pool solely for guests, we are happy to share it. Please remember this is not a blue pool! With the ethos of Permaculture, we share the pool with the rest of the natural environment.
Hi, I'm Peach, the creator of this little piece of paradise. I have been a gardener for the last 25 years and finally have the chance to share my passion with you. I am the mother of two wonderful daughters and a lover of animals.
We have a few animals on the farm, including chickens, cats and a very friendly dog.
I study and teach Permaculture, hosting many courses on the farm.
The cabin is situated at the top of the land, with excellent views of the Els Ports mountain range, backed by the Cardo mountain range.
We are a small 1.5-hectare olive farm that has been brought back into production over the last 20 years. Using the principles of Permaculture, we are creating a more diverse environment for all to enjoy.
This area is fantastic, nestled between mountain ranges, the river Ebro, and the Mediterranean Sea. There are so many activities to keep even the most active of us happy, from cannoning in Els Ports to hiking or cycling the Via Verde and bird watching on the Delta Ebro. You could also stroll through the picturesque village of Tivenys or sunbathe on the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean Sea.
