With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the Finca of 220 m² offers enough space for families or a holiday with friends. The well-equipped kitchen with cooking island invites you to cook together in the evenings. The living area has a rustic dining table, a seating area, a 55 inch TV and a wood burning stove, which ensures a cozy atmosphere. The living room leads to a terrace with a waterproof sun sail and grill, which invites to barbecue together in good weather. A saltwater swimming pool promises cooling on warm summer days. The finca is a true paradise for children. The spacious garden has a swing, a sandpit, a trampoline and a large lawn to play. Table tennis table, dart board and badmintonnet also provide pleasure for adults. There are also sheep and chickens on a fenced area.
