The apartment is located in the center of Las Americas and has been completely renovated. It is located on a high floor and with a balcony with a table for 4 people. There is a fully furnished kitchen with pots, crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses and an oven. There is a washing machine and also everything you need to iron: iron, ironing board and drying rack. In the bathroom there are towels and a shower mat, a bidet and a window. In the lounge you will find a sofa bed with a 32-inch LED smart TV and free Wifi for guests in all rooms. There is a swimming pool with free sunbeds for guests of the area that can be used from morning to evening. To access the area there are two ways one by stairs and another a small slope suitable for those with mobility problems. Once you enter the district there will be an elevator that will take you to the floor of the apartment.

The apartment is located in the center of Las Americas, so in the middle of the nightlife of all Tenerife. From the apartment you can reach everything on foot, local, restaurant and beaches. The nearest beach is just a 5-minute walk away. From the apartment you can walk to beaches, restaurants, shops and pharmacies open 24 hours a day (they are right under the house) and also all the main places of nightlife.
