The property (Homestay) is a Double-room with lounge and private bathroom net to the room. Nexxt to the entrance/Eit of the property. With sun-terrace in front, sunbeds, dining-, sitting- eating. Air-condition, Fridge, Kettle for hot water with Tea and Cafe. Easy parking in front of the house on the street. Next to the house there is a green-zone with little river. You can walk, cycle or run all the way to the beach (2.7 km.) without any cars disturbing you. Several Cafe, Bars, Restaurant, Butcher, Supermarket and a Kiosk 3 minutes walking distante. Next to it: Busstation to Puerto Banus in 3 minutes walking distance. Puerto Banus by car is 7 minutes and by Bus about 10 minutes.

As a host of Marbella and this beautiful country. My girl-friend and I live in Marbella for more than 15 years. We love the 340 days of sunshine we have in Marbella per year. It makes live easy and relaxed. Enjoy the good weather and the easy going lifestyle of the residents and the Spanish people in Marbella.
The neighbourhood is Nueva Andalucia next to Puerto Banus that are all part of Marbella. Puerto Banus is the Harbour of the beauties and the riches. Have a look at the big yachts, luxury shops and delicious restaurants in the harbour. Next to our Guest-house there are also a Supermarket, very affordable Tappas-bar, Restaurant and butcher in 3 minutes walk. Also Bus-station to Puerto Banus and the City of San Pedro 3 min. walk. There are several Restaurants, Shops only 2 minutes drive or 8 minutes walk away. We live next to a green area and a little river. A walkway with bicycle lane goes down to the beach (2.7Km).
