Studio with a fully equipped kitchen for long stays, with an integrated dining and living room area, new appliances: fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, crockery , glassware, pans, pots, iron for clothes, split air conditioning .Bedroom with good lighting, has two 90x190 cm twin beds forming a king size bed and a 90 x190 cm horizontal folding bed in the living room area.Private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries. Room -2 with a 90x190 single bed, TV, microwave, kettle, split air conditioning, mini refrigerator, shared bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries. Room -3 with a 150x190 double bed, TV,microwave, kettle, split air conditioning, mini refrigerator, shared bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries. Free WIFI connection and cable TV. Close to all kinds of services, less than 10 minutes from the beach, supermarket, health center, pharmacy, banks, bars/restaurants less than 5 minutes away, very close to parks and leisure areas.
