From this accommodation, you can easily go on foot to the San Mamés football stadium, the Guggenheim Museum, and practically any point in the city. The room door is also equipped with a lock for added privacy. The home also includes two fully equipped bathrooms and a kitchen. There are all kinds of food stores and pubs in the surrounding area.

Although the apartment is set apart from the hustle and bustle, it is curiously located right next to all kinds of establishments: supermarkets, a burger joint, grocery stores, a laundromat, restaurants, as well as pubs and music venues—most notably, the city’s main rock bars. It is also known as the “street of the artists” due to the various artworks painted on the shutters of these establishments.
