A South facing bungalow with a large swimming pool, a large dining and living area with a terrace leading to the pool. In Happy House Bonalba Golf your relaxation is our motivation so feel free to contact us for any questions or offers in mind even if it is not listed! The house consists of three comfortable rooms with two good size bathrooms offering total relaxation for visitors. A private enclosed garage. The garden is fully fenced around with greens and a tasteful gate, it is inside the upscale closed and very secure urbanization. Lime tree in the garden provides for your refreshing mojitos. Comfortable dining tables inside or outside for your family meals. BBQ area located behind the house. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Right opposite from our closed Urbanization you will find a beautiful chiringuito where you can spend a relaxing day with your family by a Tropical pool with caves and BBQ. Only a min walk away you’ll find a number of different restaurants (Spanish, French, English, Indian, and Italian) as well as a local store. Next to the chiringutio is a Golf House with one of the biggest Golf Course in Costa Blanca 18 holes.
I am a working professionals with many years of experience of short-letting my properties. My motivation is to create a friendly atmosphere where all guest feel at ease at Happy House. I will be there to personally welcome you at your arrival to show you everything and to answer any questions every step of the way. Looking forward to make your experience an unforgettable Holiday and hopefully see you in the years to come as a returning costumer. We like little animals therefore you are welcome to bring up to two little dogs ( 8 kg maximum) to our home without any extra charge given they are well trained. In our lovely garden sometimes local cats turn up from the neighbourhood for some food which we always give as helping animals and people alike is a my philosophy. I hope you agree. Bonalba Golf Resort is a prestigious sought after area. Visitors find stunning scenery given by an internationally recognized Golf Course amazing Sea and Mountain views as well as Mediterranean villas and local restaurants and other activities. Happy House Bonalba Golf is located in the Bonalba Residential Complex. The location is fully secured. Happy House uniquely sets within Los Naranjos 2 Urbanization with a private street available for the local residents and of course will be for you as a visitor. The House is only a 100 meters from the entrance of Bonalba Golf Course. The famous Hotel Bonalba Resort is only 200 meters away, where again you will find incredible entertainment for you and the family in case you like to go out to discover the amazing local area. Alicante Airport is only a 15 min drive away all on the motorway. Three minutes away from Bonalba a beautiful sea side town of El Campello with amazing beaches and a lovely promenade for your walks and to enjoy a sea side with a number of restaurants, bars and hotels. El Campello has great transportation links buses and trains to Alicante, Benidorm, Denia. You can take a ride to Alicante where you can enjoy the old city and the stunning Castle of Santa Barbara and a buzzing night-life or you may visit Benidorm to spend a day out in the Aquapark or Terra Mitica.
