Ideal for families, or people searching for peace, as well as beach hunters, home office working people or simply for everyone who wants to enjoy holiday close to the beach avoiding crowded areas. Walking distance to shops, hospital, bars, beach, church or restaurants.

The apartment is situated in a private residential area, with a direct access to the beach promenade. The San Augustin itself is nice quiet, green area, perfect for anyone who searches for great holiday out of the overcrowded touristic areas.
