The municipality of Arafo is located in the south of Tenerife and covers an area of 33.92 km2. It is noted for its important cultural heritage and a particularly deep-rooted musical tradition, as it has numerous bands and groups, and is known by many as "the Town of Music". The municipality also has an attractive natural environment, in which we can find the Siete Lomas Protected Landscape, the Añavigo Ravine and the Las Arenas Volcano. A wide range of galleries and springs, as well as the richness of its flora and fauna, complete the natural attraction of the Arafero landscape.
