In 1492, after the expulsion of the Jews, they were recruited in the call, in the area where the Christians had the oven.
It is for this reason that the Christians ask for the right to build a new oven, to do so, they take advantage of the 14th century arch of the current KelDomenèch Apartment to build the oven and that is how the street becomes known as “Carrer del Forn”.
If you look closely, you can still see the smoke burns on the stones from when you opened the door and the smoke escaped through it.
