2. Alquiler de Temporada (más de 10 días)
Si tu estancia es superior a 10 días, entonces estarás bajo un contrato de temporada, que es diferente al alquiler turístico y tiene otras reglas. Este se basa en:
• Ley 29/1994, de 24 de noviembre (LAU), Artículo 3
• Real Decreto 1320/2024, de 23 de diciembre
Este tipo de contrato se usa comúnmente para alquileres por motivos laborales, estudios o vacaciones prolongadas.
