Comfortable apartment for four people, situated on the ground floor of a block with two storeys. Communal garden at the entrance of the complex and large terrace and private patio with the apartment. Very quiet area with views of the mountains, about 500 metres from the centre, the port and the beach.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area.
