This spacious villa with stunning views of the sea and area and a sunny location is ideal for families/groups of friends our couples looking for a relaxing/romantic break in a spacious/luxurious house that is beautiful both on the inside (combination of Moorish interior and modern) as well on the outside. It has a constructed size of 180m2 and maintained to a high standard, comprising : very light glazed sunroom, fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, gas hob and dishwasher, an attractive L/shaped lounge arched to a dining room, 3 double bedrooms(one with en-suite), all with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom with bath and shower. The villa is in very good condition with traditional features to include : high beamed ceilings, tiled floors throughout, wood burning stove to fireplace in the lounge and shutters to most windows. The property is arranged over 2 floors, with the 3th bedroom plus an en-suite to the lower pretty lounge area has a bay window giving triple aspect views to the garden and surrounding countryside. Large sun room with feature arches offering for reaching views to the coastline. In addition the property has wifi. The plot is approx. 4000m2 and fully fenced, the outside areas have been well planned with a good variety of plants and trees. The pretty entrance to the property is by a winding concrete drive planted to either side with mature shrubs. The garage is tucked into the corner of the plot and there is ample parking to the drive. There is a brick built BBQ and a useful outside storeroom. Through a cultivated arched hedge can be found the pool terrace with an attractive stone ornamental wall, with pathways and lighting making a lovely backdrop to the pool area, the mosaic tiled pool is approx. 8m x 4m with a good area of terrace for sunbathing.

Neighbourhood information

There is also a poolhouse. The views of the coastline from here are breathtaking. The villa is located in a quiet area with lots of privacy and sun all day. Good access to the coast and airport and the 3 nature parks nearby. There is a large choice of beaches accesable within just a 15 minutes drive. Please notice that the earliest arrival time is 16.00 hours and the latest departure time will be 10.00 hours. There is some time required to clean the villa. Maximum number of Pets: 2.
