"Magic theater. Not for anyone" Such is the slogan that caught the attention of Harry Haller in his walk through life. Every time I pass the doors of one of our residences, I have that same feeling. A mixture of intrigue and adventure that plays with harmony and inner well-being. Our residences are carefully chosen to provide each one something special: "Olatu Haundi" in the emblematic Miramar building tells me about the sea, storms and spectacular waves seen from very high above. "La Ostra" in front of the cafe de La Kontxa and la Perla, they allow me to be there among the strollers of the Kontxa, I even hear their voices, but when I want, I press a key and all that bustle is transformed into relaxation, luxury and comfort , without compromises with huge spaces. "Olatu Txiki" in the Txiki desert, where I leave the little ones at their leisure to enjoy the beach ... But I don't keep unraveling mysteries and I invite you to discover them yourself. I want to share with you all those sensations, that you enjoy them and make your stay in our residences something unique, that you will remember forever and invite you to repeat. Agur bero bat

The hall will welcome you with the old family portraits and will lead you to the large living room that, as if you were watching a documentary on a panoramic screen, will show you the Paseo de la Kontxa, the bay and the Igueldo and Urgull mountains The master bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom, also has views of the promenade and a movie dressing room. In the heart of the city, Kontxa is the best known and most visited beach in Donosti and is considered one of the best beaches in Europe. Decorated with its emblematic railing, it is surrounded by a delightful promenade that you will have access to just by crossing the street. Bars, terraces, restaurants and the famous La Perla Thalassotherapy complex. Saunas, jacuzzis, pools with jets, water beds, steam baths, ice fountains ... A unique health, beauty, sport and gastronomy center in San Sebastián. The thalassotherapy circuit, with direct access to the beach, offers sea water at different temperatures, with various intensities, taking advantage of its vapors or its frozen fragments. In short, it is a place with a very good location, an elegant, bright and perfect environment to enjoy the city in all its splendor.
