This three bedroom apartment overlooks Rambla Núñez, Alicante's main street leading to the Esplanade/marina & beach. It is literally in the center of everything and minutes walk to Tram Station, amazing restaurants, bars and cafes. Its modern decor offers wide space and the bedrooms are in the rear to avoid the city noise. Out of respect for our neighbours we do not accept bookings for Hen's or Stag parties - or similar groups. Due to bad experiences, we do not unfortunately accept weekend reservations of 5 adult male or female friends sharing. Bad behaviour toward our apartment or neighbours will not be tolerated.
We are a couple originally from Ireland living here in Alicante for a long time and very happy to not only welcome you to this fabulous apartment but to also guide you to everything Alicante has to offer. We provide everything you will need to enjoy Alicante.
Located on the Main street beside the Theatre district and only 5 minutes walk to the seafront and 2 minutes walk to the Tram station.
