Rural mountain-side cortijo guesthouse, with spectacular views across the Almanzora valley. Fully equipped shared kitchen and lounge area. Clean and airy bedrooms with private ensuite shower and WC. Super sunny pool area with free sun loungers and ample shade. There is a *seasonal bar area with music to suit all tastes, free Wi-Fi (all areas) TV for sporting events, barbecue. Poolside shower & WC. *** Complimentary light breakfast pastries , toast , tea , coffee **** NOT suitable for night workers. ***Car is essential - free parking spaces for guests Easy access to local shops, markets, bars and restaurants. Supermarkets: Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, Día, Coviran all within 10 minutes drive Petrol station, restaurants / bars within 5 minutes drive Beach: (Mojacar, Vera Playa) 25-30 minutes drive Murcia International Airport - 90 minutes Almeria Airport - 60 minutes Alicante - 1hr 45min * Pool/Bar area closed 31/10/25 a 30/5/2026 ** No public transport nearby. Rural, peaceful mountain side , winding roads, excellent for cycling, bird and nature watching, walking , rock climbing, caves. Stunning landscape. There are many fiestas and events throughout the year in Arboleas and in the surrounding villages. **Car is essential with easy access to local shops, markets, bars and restaurants. ** No public transport nearby.
