The studio comes with a comfortable queen-size bed, your own bathroom and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a sink, hob, microwave, a fridge and is stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses & mugs, enough to create basic meals. The room is also equipped with a flat-screen smart TV. Shared areas that guests can enjoy are a meeting room, paddel, mini golf and a gym. During the summer there is a swimming pool open for guests from May 15th until September 15th. Please note that early check-in is not possible

The neighbourhood offers a lot of activities for its visitors to relax and enjoy their time to the fullest. Whether one's to prefer to go walk in a park, do sports or go shopping - the nearby area got it all. A number of supermarkets are really close for your day-to-day purchases including a carrefour or you can go to the nearby shopping mall - Moraleja Green. If you a looking to visit Madrid, you can easily do so by taking the nearby subway station and you will be there in approximately 30 minutes. The nearest metro station is La Granja, located around five minutes from the property. A number of bus stops are located within the area.
