We invite you to visit our website and our social media. ★ Flat with 2 bedrooms and a charming terrace, very bright and with a serene atmosphere, on the seafront. Completely renovated in 2022! ★ Open plan kitchen, dining and living space. ★ It includes an office desk and chair, as well as a computer monitor that you can connect to your laptop. ★ The LIVING AREA has a very comfortable 3-seater couch and a large 43-inch TV (we do not have access to German TV channels). ★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the KITCHEN is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible. There is also a small DINING table, for up to four guests. ★ MASTER BEDROOM with a double bed of 140 cm and its own BATHROOM. The SECOND BEDROOM has two single 90 cm beds that can be easily pushed together. Both bedrooms have three-door wardrobes with plenty of storage space. ★ WASHING MACHINE WITH DRYER. ★ Umbrella, 2 BEACH CHAIRS and diving goggles available for you to use at the beach. ★ The TERRACE is ideal for afternoon snacks or reading. If the sun bothers you, open the large awning. ★ Located on the fifth floor of a VERY QUIET 5-STOREY BUILDING. On the ground floor there are 10 steps to climb to get to the lift. ★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. ★ La PLAYA DE LAS CANTERAS is considered one of the best city beaches in the world. ★ Oriented to the northwest, the beach entertains its bathers with the most beautiful sunsets ever. It is more than 3 km long. While one half of the beach is ideal for activities such as SURFING OR PADDLE SURF, the other half is perfect for SWIMMING, SNORKELING OR STAND UP PADDLE as it is protected by an emblematic volcanic reef (“La Barra”) located a quarter of a mile from the coast. ★ It is the perfect location for snorkeling, as ITS SEABED IS A PROTECTED SPACE. You can enjoy immersing yourself in its delicate ecosystem. The water temperature does not drop below 19ºC in winter. ★ At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, we make available to our guests diving masks, umbrellas and beach chairs in all our accommodations.
