- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out). - Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival - Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in). - We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. - Parties are not allowed. - It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150euros. - The flat´s capacity is of 6 people. No additional guests allowed. - Please take out the trash before check-out. - Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment. - You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient! - Please note that for reservations from 28 days or more an extra 100 euros per month will be charged, corresponding to the costs of supplies (electricity, gas, water and internet), to be paid at check in. - For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.

Lovely and historic 3 bedroom home completely refurbished and designed for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Barcelona. Oasis of calm where you can live as a local, away from the crowd but surrounded by many restaurants, supermarkets, banks... We have a parking space available just 5 mins from the apartment.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located on a street in Cornellà, a town in the Baix Llobregat region, in the province of Barcelona. This area is located about 10 km from the city centre and is known for its quiet and residential atmosphere. The history of the area dates back to Roman times, when several agricultural settlements were established in the area. During the Middle Ages, the area was an important centre of agricultural production, and in the 18th and 19th centuries several farmhouses and textile mills were built in the area. Tourist attractions near the flat include the Parc de Can Mercader, a 40-hectare public park with gardens, lakes, a farm, a labyrinth and a picnic area. There is also the Splau Shopping Centre, which has numerous shops, restaurants and cinemas. In terms of recommendations for typical bars and restaurants, there is the Masia Can Mercader Restaurant, a traditional Catalan restaurant offering dishes such as cod with samfaina and escalivada, and Els Tinars, a tapas bar offering a wide selection of local dishes and wines. In terms of places to eat, there are also numerous supermarkets and food shops in the area, as well as a variety of cafés and breakfast bars. In terms of transport, the area is served by several bus lines that connect to the city centre and other nearby areas, as well as the Cornellà Centre metro station, which allows you to reach the centre of Barcelona in about 20 minutes. In addition, there are several train stations nearby, making the area easily accessible from other parts of Catalonia.
