The fine print
Since 2016, the Balearic Government has required us to charge an ECO-TAX* (€2.20 per person per night for the first 9 nights and €1.10 per person per night for the following nights. Children under 16 are exempt) through tourist accommodation. This will be charged upon arrival in cash or via Airbnb with a card, whichever suits you best.
This amount is NOT for the host, it is for the Balearic Government.

According to the rules of the new 2018 tax law in Spain (AEAT) and Royal Decree 933/2021, we will ask all our guests for a copy of the passport or DNI (identification document) of adults and minors, before arrival.
