This property is located in the quiet area of Los Caideros near to the beach with fantastic sea views and lovely sunsets. At aproximately 200m walking distance you will find the beautiful white sandy beach «Anfi Beach» Near the beach you find lovely restaurants , a beach and chill out bar named Maroa, a supermarket and all sort of water activities you can practice during your stay. At 1.8km you can go to Puerto Rico, where you have the most famous shopping center Mogan Mall. - property with direct sea views _ 2nd chill out terrace with lovely sunsets. - swimming pool located at just 10m from your doorstep. - Property with large terrace - Located in quiet area - Only 200m walking distance from famous beach «Anfi beach.» - Full equipped kitchen - totally renovated bathroom -property with 140 m2

The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, only walking distance away from the famous beach "ANFI BEACH". This place is well known in the south of Gran Canaria where you can fulfil your daytime with all sort of water activities.. During the evening there are several restaurants with all different flavours for those who don't like to cook near the apartment. But a huge supermarket is nearby where you can find all your needs to enjoy a lovely dinner at home! At 1,8km you have the new shopping experience, Mogán Mall in Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is the most famous places for the tourist, where you can find many restaurants, pubs, disco, bigger shopping center, apotheque 24 horas, clinic.. Open all days.
