Property information

Only 3 mins walk to the beach this stylishly decorated and spacious apartment is perfect for families, couples and friends. There are 3 bedrooms, of which 2 are downstairs and the 3rd situated adjacent to the roof terrace. Spectacular panoramic views of the coast from the terrace towards Africa. There are 2 terraces, a fully fitted kitchen, 2 stunning bathrooms and a sink and toilet upstairs. There is an underground parking space, a fitness centre with indoor and outdoor pools.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood of Guadalmansa is exceptionally safe and is a very well kept area without litter. The apartment is situated in between the towns of Estepona and Marbella. As well as only a few mins walk to the sea there is a beautiful park area where you can sit and relax or great place for children to run around. Also right by the park area and the beach is the renowned Restaurant Tikitana, the luxury 5 star hotel Las Dunas and the exclusive resort Ikos. Travel is very easy for both driving and public transport. There are bus stops minutes away. There is a small supermarket, a cafe serving food and a couple of Restuarants just along from the apartment. You can walk straight out of the apartment and be by the sea in a few minutes. Parking is easy. You have your own underground parking space with a lift that takes you straight up to your apartment.
