Full payment for your stay will be due upon arrival. However, the hotel may check your credit card a few days prior to your arrival to see if it is valid.

We remind you that in accordance with Spanish legislation, cash payments of more than 1.000€ are not allowed, if you are resident of Spain, or 10.000€ if you reside abroad. So, if the total amount of your stay is more than these amounts, you will have to pay credit/debit card or through bank transfer.

For registration will be mandatory for all guests over 14 years of age. To register you must provide the original identity document or passport (it is not possible to provide a photocopy or photograph). The driving license is not considered a valid document.

It is mandatory that the prepayment of the total stay must be made the day of arrival.
