Vilanova de Arousa, fishing village and one of the main production areas of mussels with DO mexillón seal of Galicia. Coastal area that hosts beaches of calm waters and golden sand with the Ría de Arousa always on the horizon. The house is located next to the well-known "Casa do Cuadrante". The writer Valle Inclán was born in this house and spent his first years there. It is a large house of traditional Galician style or "pacego style" that was owned by the Benedictine priory installed in Vilanova as well as the Marujita Vilanova apartments.
