⚠️ Due to the property’s central location, you may experience some city noise during your stay. The air conditioning is temporarily out of order. To ensure your comfort, fans have been provided. This apartment of 61 square meters has been completely renovated in May 2023. It is located on the third floor of a secure building with an elevator. There is centralized air conditioning & heating with filtered air and soundproof windows for you to feel comfortable at any season and any time of the day. The entrance opens to a hallway, which leads to the Kitchen, a bathroom, and 2 bedrooms, then to the living room where the dining area is. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, pots, and pans, etc. The kitchen, dining room, and living room, are spacious, and have multiple exterior windows, receiving a lot of daylight. The living room has a sofa, a TV, and two big windows to catch the evening/morning sun. In the master bedroom, you will find a double bed, two bedside tables, an en suite bathroom, a window facing the patio, and a closet. The second bedroom also has a window facing the patio, a double bed, two bedside tables, and a closet. Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock the interior door. For the exterior door, you will need to use a physical key that we will provide upon your arrival. Additional services:
