Playa Chica is the only complex in Tenerife located on its own sandy beach. It was designed by the renowned architect Luis Cabrera. A spacious balcony, seemingly floating above the ocean with a panoramic view in all directions, gives the feeling of being on a cruise ship's captain's bridge. A furnished sleeping area on the balcony allows you to admire the stars and listen to the ocean’s breath.
We are Svetlana and Boris, a friendly retired couple living on Tenerife. In the past, we worked as a doctor and a teacher. Now we are happy to welcome guests to our apartments in a house located right on the beach, with a stunning view of the ocean. It’s important to us that you enjoy comfort, cleanliness, and a peaceful stay. We’re always here to help if you need any support. Welcome to Playa Chica — we’ll be happy to have you!
The complex is located on the beach, within the Anaga Nature Reserve, home to a prehistoric forest dating back to the age of dinosaurs. Surrounded by nature, it is close to the famous Las Teresitas Beach, with its golden sand from the Sahara, and the charming fishing village of San Andrés, which offers restaurants and shops. The center of the island's capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, is just 13 km away.
