Located next to the promenade and a few minutes walk from the Marina Rubicon, our villas have all the amenities to enjoy a well-deserved vacation. Our villas, spacious and bright, are equipped with air conditioning. The living room has a sofa and cable TV. It also includes a safe, private bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, each villa has a large private garden, some with heated swimming pool and covered terrace with dining area and barbecue (on request).

Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.5 for a two-person trip.

Located along the seaside promenade and just a few minutes' walk from Marina Rubicón, our villas offer all the comforts for a well-deserved vacation. Our spacious and bright villas are equipped with air conditioning. The living room has a sofa and cable TV. There is also a safe, private bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each villa has a large private garden outside, all with a pool, some heated, and a covered terrace with dining area and barbecue (upon request).

Neighbourhood information

Walking along the seaside promenade and just a few minutes from the villas, you will discover Marina Rubicón, one of the island’s most comprehensive marinas. Located between Papagayo and Playa Blanca beaches and protected from the trade winds, it offers all kinds of facilities for sea lovers. Around the docks, you will find a wide variety of boutiques and restaurants, not to mention the market held every Wednesday and Saturday, which is the perfect place to find gifts and handmade items without straying far from the sea. Market: Every Wednesday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, offering a wide variety of products.
