Property information

Just 30 seconds from the beach, cross a small road and you are there. 15 min from the centre of town by bus, bus stop very close every 5-10 min. Cross a small road and you are on the beach, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops... Totally forbiden to make noise between 23.00 hours and 9 am, It's a quiet building and noise afte that time can bother other residents. Please do not pull wheels of suitcases between 23.00 hours and 9 am. We provide 2 or 3 toilet paper rolls on arrival, but we do not replace those once finished, there is a supermarket only 10 m away where you can buy anything needed :-)
