This very comfortable duplex apartment for 6 people offers a lot of luxury and is a beautiful duplex penthouse with equipment that corresponds to your price range. The view of the sea from the apartment and the balcony/terrace is terrific. Located in the Palm Mar, it offers pure relaxation. 2 large pools in the tropical garden of the complex offer relaxation. There are enough sun loungers and parasols available. A paddle court provides sporting variety. An elevator leads to the 3rd floor apartment with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large living room with dining area, 1 large balcony and a large roof terrace with sun loungers, a seating area and a solar shower. Smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas. Smoking is permitted outside on the balcony and roof terrace, ashtrays are available. The kitchen is very well equipped and has enough cutlery, crockery and of course glasses. The kitchen also has a water filter system, here you have fresh drinking water. The lower balcony has a comfortable seating area, a dining table and an electric grill. We urgently ask you to observe our house rules with operating instructions. The living room has a large TV with satellite connection, Netflix and Disney +. There are many German and foreign programs available, please check the house rules/operating instructions if you should not be able to find your program. You will receive a beach towel for the pool area from our house service. There is a large pool and a non-swimmer pool. All tenants are received by our house service/administration. Since we do not accommodate any animals, allergy sufferers are also very welcome. Of course, we are available to all tenants by phone to answer any questions.
